First, the permits.

The Hancock County Building Department issued one permit with a value of $172,146 and fees of $728 for a spec house on Fenton Dedeaux Road.

Bay St. Louis issued three residential permits, including two houses, with a total valuation of $441,456 and fees of $2,662.
