Hancock County issued three permits with a total value of $420,155 and fees of $1,731. Two permits were for houses. The one commercial permit was for a small office space inside a hangar at Stennis Airport. Value was $987 and fees were $51.

Bay St. Louis issued permits for two houses with a total value of $475,531 and fees totaling $2,798.
