Here’s your building permit report for the week of June 26-30:

The Hancock Building Department issued three permits with total value of $122,500 and fees totaling $771.

Two permits were residential: one for fire repairs and another for a shed. The single commercial permit was for construction of 30 mini warehouse units at 30180 Highway 603. Valuation was $120,000 and fees were $671. Owner is Ryan Peterson.

Bay St. Louis issued a total of six permits, all for residential projects, totaling $1,008,172 in value and $6,192 in fees. The projects are on Whale Avenue, Mitter Drive, St. John Street, Washington Street, Texas Street and Demontluzin Street.  The highest value for a residential building was $250,497.
