Here’s your weekly building permit report for the week of July 3-7:

The Hancock County building department issued two residential permits  (change of occupancy and a renewal) for a 960-square-foot house on 11th Avenue. Fees totaled $77. No value was listed.

The Bay St. Louis building department issued permits for three projects valued at $184,768 and fees totaling $1,193.

One project was for construction of a deck with no roof on Ulman Avenue. Total value was $23,000 with fees of $225.

Another permit was for a boathouse deck on Borneo valued at $20,000 with fees of $112.

The third permit was for a single family residence on St. John valued at $141,768 with fees of $855.
