In Hancock County, the building department issued three permits last week with a total value of $13,271 and fees totaling $215. All three permits were for residential projects: an addition to a house, a shed and a new house on East Marlin Street.
The Bay St. Louis retro report covers Sept. 1-25. Permits were issued for nine projects with a total value of $989,120 and fees of $6,252. All were for residential projects: three new houses, a remodeling, a deck and four sheds.
The new houses are going up on Carroll Avenue, Elaine Street and John Baptiste Street.
