Here’s your building permit report for Hancock County for the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 3:
Three new permits were issued, all residential: One was for new construction of a home on Lakeshore Road, one for a shed on Preacher Powell Road and the third for interior and exterior repairs to an existing home on Mississippi 603.
Total valuation for the shed and house was $225,932. Total fees for all three permits came to $1,076.
Bay St. Louis and Waveland permit reports are expected this week.
