The Hancock Building Department issued three new permits during the week of Jan. 29-Feb. 2, all for residential projects.

The permits were for a pole shed, fire damage repairs to a cottage and a storage shed.  Two permits totaled $9,600 in valuation and $170 in fees. The fire repair permit didn’t list a value or fee.
