Hancock County’s Building Department issued five permits totaling $681,912 in value and $2,732 in fees.

Four permits were for residential projects: a shed on East Choctaw, a house on Jana Lane, a garage on Crescent Ridge Drive and a home on Road 148. The one commercial permit was for a stage at an off road and RV park on V Bar Road. Owner is Brandon Necaise. The value was $15,000 and fees were $136.

Bay St. Louis issued permits for three projects totaling $299,912 with fees of $2,552. Two permits were for miscellaneous buildings and one was for a new house on Iowa Street.
