Here’s a new restaurant to try now that the state Health Department has given it the OK to open: The Sicilian II at 1670 Pass Road Suite I in Biloxi has a menu filled with Italian and Mediterranean dishes: salads, pizzas, pastas and gyros, among others. Chris Drake is the owner.
