It’s Monday. Here’s your building permit report.

The Hancock County Building Department issued five permits last week (Dec. 3-7) valued at $63,860 with fees of $463.

The one commercial permit was for the installation of an 8-foot wooden privacy fence at the Hancock County Animal Shelter, 7175 Texas Flat Road. Value was $6,060 with fees not listed. The contractor is Can’t Be Beat Fence & Construction. 

The four residential projects were a new house on Tahiti Road, a storage shed on Lower Bay Road, a metal building on a slab on Highway 603 and a metal building on CC Road.

The Bay St. Louis Building Department permitted three projects, all residential, valued at $69,480 with fees of $543.

The projects were a residential addition on Ballentine Street, a miscellaneous building at Manor House on Demontluzin Avenue and another miscellaneous residential building on Alabama Street.
