It’s Monday. Here’s your building permit report for the week of April 8-12.

Bay St. Louis issued six permits totaling $415,650 in value and $3,287 in fees. The one commercial building permit was to “reskin” a building at 414 Highway 90. Permit value listed was $10,800. The owner is David Holman and the contractor is Lance Ladner. Residential permits were for a new house on South Toulme, a pool on Melody Lane, an addition at 508 Hancock, a bulkhead-pier & boathouse on North Beach and a miscellaneous residential building on Elaine Drive.

Hancock County issued three permits valued at $38,800 with fees of $367. All three were for residential projects: two pole barns and a garage.
