On my rambling bike ride this beautiful morning, I did a handlebar survey of construction and renovations under way or about to get started. (I’m sure I missed some, and this doesn’t take into account all the homes and lots for sale.)

I’m told a prized corner lot in the area drew a handful of interested buyers and sold in three days. All this building/buying/selling reminds me of what was happening back around 2005. Remember that? Note to self: there’s a toothy – and fast – little terrier on Kellar.
