Bay St. Louis issued two permits last week (June 10-14), both residential, for a total value of $59,844 and fees totaling $490. One permit was for a garage on Carroll Avenue and the other was for a pool on Luzon Street.

Hancock County issued five permits totaling $282,919 and fees of $1,297. All the permits were for residential projects: a barn/carport on Fenton Dedeaux Road, a single family home on Crump Road, new placement of a shed on Katie Drive, construction of a deck on a house on Shawnee Street and construction of a carport and an RV cover on Shawnee.
