New commercial building at 912 South Beach Blvd. Value is $417,246 with fees of $2,996. Owner is Christ Episcopal Church. Contractor is Jimmy Crane.

New commercial building at 601 Lucien Kidd. Owner is Bay-Waveland Housing and contractor is C. Roberds General Contractors of Biloxi. Value is $300,000 with fees of $2,170.

*Demolition of structures at 304 South Beach Blvd. Value is $200,000 with fees totaling $270. Owner is St. Stanislaus and contractor is Ira Herrington of Biloxi.

  1. Looks like the the Bay Saint Louis tax base is growing very rapidly and producing a lot of extra cash. Taxes should stay stable by my estimation unless the Council decides to vote themselves a raise.
