Commercial projects

The city issued a commercial permit to ARCO/Murray, a major design-build firm based in Dallas, to build an 83,000 square foot self-storage facility at 725 Highway 90. The facility will consist of three buildings. The valuation of the project was listed at $4.5 million with fees of $31,570. 

The other commercial permit was issued to AT&T for electrical work on Chiniche Street. The contractor is Deviney Construction of Jackson. Valuation listed was $55,624 with fees of $1,663.
