It is my opinion it was a deal rife with conflict of interest and possible collusion. The BSL City Council asked the city attorney who also represented the solid waste authority, where they were on the contract. The attorney answered we are still in negotiations and the very next day the cans were being delivered.
This is not gonna work in Bay St. Louis maybe in town oh so who owns the company coastal that’s doing our trash pick up I mean boxes etc. are we going to have a separate company picking up what they don’t pick up question question question This is not for Covington Louisiana
