Building permits: houses, pipe fabrication & pole barns

Here’s a summary of the building permits issued for the week of March 20-24:

The Bay St. Louis Building Department issued one residential permit for a new house with a valuation of $200,869 and fees of $1,317.

Hancock County’s Building Department issued seven permits with a total value of $864,686 and fees totaling $3,506.

The one commercial permit was for the construction of a steel building to fabric pipe. Value of the project is $257,729 and fees totaled $1,085.The owner is Polychemie Inc. of Riceboro, Ga.

Of the six residential permits, three were for houses, one was for a lean-to for a boat, another was for a pole barn for agricultural use and one permit was issued for a metal shed.
