Here’s your weekly building permit report:

Bay St. Louis issued permits for two projects during the week of Feb. 19-23. One was for a residential permit for a bulkhead/pier/boathouse project on Tarpon and the other was for a commercial remodel by Louisiana Coastal VI at 207/209 Main Street. That permit listed a value of $98,000 with fees of $756.

Hancock County issued four new permits last week. Three were residential: a new house on Road 357, a new metal shed on Billie Green Road and a car port on Pawnee Place totaling $241,132 in valuation and $1,141 in fees. The commercial permit issued to Hancock County was for an expansion project for 26 sites to include water and sewer and electric at 8100 Texas Flat Road. The contractor is Moran Hauling Inc. No valuation or fees were listed.
