Commercial projects

AT&T received an electrical permit for 310 Old Spanish Trail. Contractor is Deviney Construction of Jackson. Valuation was $14,978 with fees of $444.

Bay Waveland School District received a miscellaneous commercial building permit for canopy additions and repairs at Bay Waveland Middle School. Valuation was $288,600 with fees of $2,093.

Dish Collocation at 105 Marty St. received an electrical permit to add a carrier and equipment to an existing cell tower with no changes to the tower height or compound size. Valuation was $35,000 with fees of $1,045.

The city of Bay St. Louis got a land disturbance permit at 448 St. John St. for drainage improvements. Valuation was $693,112 with no fees.
