The 26th Annual Mississippi Coastal Cleanup will be held Saturday from 8-11 a.m. Nearly 2,000 volunteers have registered for the cleanup, and they will be working at 47 sites in Hancock, Harrison and Jackson counties, according to DMR.
Volunteers will get a ticket for lunch when they arrive Saturday morning. Hancock County volunteers will be treated to lunch at the Washington Street pavilion by Congressman Steven Palazzo. Food will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
