Bay St. Louis issued one commercial permit for remodeling at Hollywood Casino. The valuation was $108,000 and fees were $664.29. The city also issued three permits for residential buildings: two single family houses and one house remodeling.

Total value for all permits was $510,192 and fees of $3,107.

Hancock County issued three permits totaling $38,799 in value and $312 in fees. All three were for residential projects: repairs, an addition and a pavillion.

During the month of April, Waveland issued permits valued at $364,199 and fees totaling $5,648. Forge Fitness got a commercial permit for a main building at 129 U.S. 90 valued at $12,300 with fees of $183. MS Title Loans got a commercial permit for a sign at 459 U.S. 90 valued at $4,025 and fees of $92.
